Hazardous Material/Substances

  • Is liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) stored correctly on site (i.e. well ventilated, on concrete/load bearing surfaces etc.)?

  • If there is asbestos present, is it suitably controlled by means of regular inspection to ensure it does not become damaged?

  • Has a legionella survey/risk assessment been carried out for the branch?

  • Are there records of regular flushing of water outlets to manage legionella?

PPE
