  • Lock off procedure used. Check RPC Safety Manager against locks in the Stores

  • Legionella checks completed?

  • Lone worker procedure explained (pick one person)

Contractors: audit only if contractors are on site

  • Contractors booked in?

  • Risk assessment completed / method statement completed/ Permits raised?

  • Contractor received induction training?

  • Permits signed off this month?
