Outside workshop

  • Are bins contents below top level of the bins?

PPE

  • Are all PPE items available? Including hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves etc.

Signage

  • Are PPE matrix visable

  • Is the lifting equipment test colour visible and correct for current quarter (RGBY)?

  • Are the emergency Evacuation diagrams visible?

Work

  • Are the current conditions safe to work, aligning with site weather and heat TARP's?

  • Do all machines in the workshop have Entry Magnets and Out of Service tags installed.
