Use of buggy

  • Before riding, do a thorough inspection by 'walking around' the vehicle to check for any abnormalities

  • Hands, arms, legs, feet and head must be kept inside the buggy at all times while the buggy is in motion

  • Slow down and horn when approaching corners or blind spots and proceed with caution

  • Always check the area behind before reversing

Perform sampling

  • Work in pairs when carrying out sampling activities on site

  • Wear appropriate PPE (safet helmet, safety shoes, disposable gloves)

  • Follow all safety signs displayed at site

  • Select the correct type of sampling devices

  • Wear gloves to prevent direct contact with samples when carrying out hand compositing of samples

  • Keep the site clean and tidy by disposing the waste materials and sample remnants properly
