  • Are all cabinets and shelving units securely fastened preventing tipping and movement (unless they are on casters and meant to be moveable?

  • Are all rugs and carpets clean, free from marks and in good condition without fraying or visibly worn?

  • There is no visible dust built up on vents, fans, exposed pipes, light fixtures, furniture, equipment, joinery and cabinetry or any areas where it is high and hard to reach.

  • Are all doors and gates, including sliding doors and sliding screens in good working order and do not catch or show resistance?

Car Park, Facade, Entry

  • Is all signage at the front of the centre clean, safely, and securely displayed and/or mounted and free from rips and tears?
