Common Area Nightly

  • Empty, clean and disinfect rubbish bins twice during business hours and provide liners, in addition <br>to night service.<br>

  • Clean all glass mirrors to full height, leaving no streaks.

  • Empty all wastepaper and/or rubbish bins as required.

  • Replenish hand towels, toilet paper and soap from Principal’s stock.<br>

  • Wipe down benches.

  • Clean urinal grates and roses.

  • Dust up to 2 metres

  • Night toilet cleaner to carry plunger to unblock minor toilet blockages.<br>

LIFTS

  • • Vacuum lift carpet including edges and corners or damp mop (in line with manufacturers recommendations) depending on the floor surface

  • • Clean lift door tracks and thresholds and remove all foreign objects

  • • Spot clean carpet with water or an approved carpet cleaning agent and remove chewing gum

  • • Thoroughly clean and polish mirrors and screens with approved cleaning agent

  • • Wipe clean vertical surfaces to full height, removing spots, marks, graffiti, etc
