Tenancy, Kitchen and Toilet Cleaner

  • Description

  •  Remove all rubbish and replace bin liners in tenancy area and

  • kitchen, ensure no marks on the bins and bin area

  •  Label the bin bags and leave at goods lift area for collection

  •  Remove finger-marks/smudges and tape from the internal

  • façade glasses meeting room doors and office entry doors

  •  Remove finger marks/smudges and tape from chairs, tables

  • and cupboards

  •  Reception area should be vacuumed and wiped, ensure no

  • visible dust

  •  Spot Vacuum including corners, back of the doors and ensure

  • no debris and dead flies on the flooring and windowsills

  •  Wipe meeting room tables, Reset meeting room furnitures

  • and items on the table as like it is ready for the next meeting

  •  Vacuum and sweep the lift lobbies, wipe the lift controllers,

  • spot check and remove finger marks from lift doors

  •  Check utility rooms, break areas, first aid and parents rooms

  • and clean accordingly

  •  Wipe office tables around the items on the table, focus on

  • back of the table closer to table dividers, ensure no visible dust

  •  Dust and vacuum all the tables, table legs, leg rests and chairs

  • (polish arms and legs of the chairs)

  •  Dust and clean Windowsill

  •  Remove scuff marks from white walls and doors

  •  Bring all the blinds to half of the window and keep all of them

  • uniform

  •  Dust table dividers

Kitchen Area

  •  Wipe back splash, benches cupboards and cabinets

  •  Ensure no smudges, coffee or tea spots and finger marks on

  •  Scrub the sinks and Polish all the chroms and wash the

  •  Clean the coffee machine and replenish hand towels

  •  Clean the floor and mop or buff if needed

  •  Spot clean all glasses

  • Toilet area

  •  Empty bin, Vacuuming and mopping floor

  •  Toilet bowls, seats, covers, base and urinals cleaning, Spot

  •  replenish towel dispenser, toilet paper and soap dispenser

  •  empty/clean water toilet brushes, wiping flick,

  •  Polishing/Wiping taps, toilet paper holder, soap and towel

  •  Wiping all walls (corners, top and bottom),

  • Weekly Task

  •  buff reception floor and hard floor , mop fire exit stairs

  •  Scrub the sinks

  •  Check utility rooms, break areas, first aid and parents rooms

  • Special focus areas:

  •  Tenancy cleaning responsible person is sitting at the Kitchen

  •  Discard all the food from personal containers

  •  Place containers in the dishwasher and stack back the clean

  •  Do not touch or move any items on the work stations
