Toilets

  • Thoroughly sweep, mop and wash all floors using a germicidal detergent and disinfectant. Where <br>mop washing is not enough to give a good appearance, machine scrubbing of floors will be required.<br>

  • Thoroughly mop and scrub floor areas using the manufacturers recommended cleaning products at all <br>times paying particular attention to corners and edges.<br>

  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect all toilet bowls and urinals with a disinfectant, paying attention to the <br>water seal areas and toilet seats. Remove any gums and foreign objects from the urinals

  • Clean, disinfect and polish to a high sheen all hand basins, taps, chrome fittings, metal door plates, <br>and vanity unit surfaces.<br>

  • Spot clean and wash free of marks, walls, doors, benches, bins, doors, furniture and partitions.

  • Clean all glass mirrors to full height, leaving no streaks.

  • Empty all wastepaper and/or rubbish bins as required.

  • Dust all ledges and tops of partitions and wash if required.

  • Replenish hand towels, toilet paper and soap from Principal’s stock.

  • Check operation of all soap dispensers, toilet roll dispensers and hand towel dispensers<br>

  • Wipe down benches.

  • Clean urinal grates and roses.

  • Dust up to 2 metres

  • Night toilet cleaner to carry plunger to unblock minor toilet blockages.

  • Replenish toilet and bathrooms requisites.

  • All tiled/wall areas to be disinfected and left free of dust/debris and any staining.<br>

  • Bins are to be emptied with bin liner replaced if required. Bins should be free of any stains or marks, <br>and be odour free.

  • Remove all waste/litter from all surfaces.

  • Entrance doors and framework to be free of dust/debris and staining.<br>

  • Any obvious spillages or gum deposits is to be spot cleaned and/or reported.

  • Remove all graffiti from walls and seats and remove all posters, notices, and stickers etc., not attached <br>to a designated notice board

Monthly Toilet Clean

  • • Thoroughly wash, using disinfectant, all internal doors, partitions and wall surfaces (including ledges <br>and tops of doors) to full ceiling height.<br>• Dust above 2 metres.<br>• Clean and disinfect all wastepaper and rubbish bins.<br>• Clean floor waste.<br>• Clean door closers.<br>• Remove drain covers from urinals and thoroughly clean with disinfectant.<br>• Clean door mats<br>• Machine buff floor as required.<br>• Fully clean marks on walls, glass and furniture <br>• Clean air registers and light fittings.<br>• Pour water into all floor wastes in the bathrooms to prevent traps drying out.

EOT Nightly

  • Spot clean and wash free of marks, walls, doors, benches, bins, doors, furniture and partitions.

  • Clean all glass mirrors to full height, leaving no streaks.

  • Empty all wastepaper and/or rubbish bins as required.

  • Dust all ledges and tops of partitions and wash if required.

  • Check operation of all dispensers and replenish from Principal’s stock.<br>

  • Collect towels and place in used towel container.

  • Wipe down benches and Dust up to 2 metres<br>

  • Night toilet cleaner to carry plunger to unblock minor toilet blockages.

  • EOT lockers will automatically open at the end of each day. Remove anything stored within the <br>locker, place within a bag noting the date/time and locker number, seal the bag and pass onto the <br>Facilities Manager’s nominated representative or store in lost property.<br>
