Objective

  • The Store Visit Program will provide FRS leaders and team members the opportunity to visit different stores in a variety of markets throughout Canada.

    By conducting store visits, team members will have the opportunity to observe and learn more about store processes; interact with field and store leaders to understand market trends, and identify wins and opportunities which will allow FRS partners to develop strategies that drive sales of Target’s financial service products.

  • 1. Are all front end team members trained on compliance requirements for the REDcard application process, describe the training/on-boarding process to ensure compliance requirements are met.

  • AML & Privacy Questions: For team members trained to assist guests with REDcard Applications: GSTL, GSA, Cashiers

  • 1. Describe the process of verifying a guests ID and inputting that information into the application at the kiosk?

  • 2. Can a guest input their ID information into the application at the kiosk? • Guidance: Team members are required to verify two forms of ID and input ID information in the application.

  • 3. Can team members input the guests’ financial information into the application at the kiosk? • Guidance: Guests’ are required to enter their financial information into the application – Team members can assist the guest only if requested by the guests.
