Adjust platform to proper position or lower platform and reposition truck if necessary

Sensor is tested prior to opening galley door

Stop driver and have Driver test sensor. Counsel Driver on proper procedure for testing sensors

STOP. Do not allow catering to proceed unless platform is completely clear of galley door. Galley MUST NEVER be positioned above platform unless protected by working sensor.

DEPARTURE

Guide person positioned (10') behind truck and clear path established

Counsel both Driver and Guide on proper procedure

Guide uses proper reverse hand signals and speed control
