Hydra-jaws testing rig set up correctly and levelled over fixing. Adapter inserted into the testing ring & securely connected to the fixing

Ensure rig and puller is plumb/levelled over the bolt.

Hold point inspection (check equipment is set up correctly)

Any signs of concrete breakage around the bolt.

Photo record made. Set the load indicator dial to test the load of required kN and start applying pulling force until the needle reaches the pre-set indicator marker. Leave for a total of 2 minutes and monitor to check if the load applied has dropped (a loss factor 5% of the total load applied is acceptable i.e. 1.0KN). (2 Photos for each Test)
