Service

Service will be carried out minimum in every three (3) months period 定期保養應每三個月進行一次

1.TROLLEY (Machine Base) 滑輪 (機身底部)

  • 1.1 Check wheels and guides 檢查車輪及扣板

  • 1.2 Check limit switches (end of trolley, each side) 檢查行車限位制 (兩端)

  • 1.3 Check all travel motors and wiring 檢查行車馬達及接線

  • 1.4 Check all motor brakes 檢查行車馬達剎車

  • 1.5 Check oil level (gearboxes) 檢查變速箱潤滑油

  • 1.6 Check articulation, grease if necessary 檢查連接位打油

  • 1.7 Check slew operation & grease slew ring if appropriate 檢查轉盤操作及加添潤滑油

  • 1.8 Check tension of wheel block support nuts 檢查車輪組件螺絲及收緊

  • 1.9 Check slew ring bolt tension 檢查轉盤螺絲及收緊

  • 1.10 Torque check on slew ring (every 100 hrs operation or annual) 轉盤螺絲拉磅 (每操作100小時或每年一次)

2. JIB 主臂

  • 2.1 Check pulleys & rope guides 檢查滑輪及鋼絲線管位

4. ROPES 鋼索

  • 4.1 Check hoist ropes and note any unusual wear of damage 檢查鋼絲線情況是否過度磨損

  • 4.2 Check diameter of hoist ropes for reduction through wear and record 檢查鋼絲線直徑是否因過度磨損而減少及紀錄

  • 4.2 (i) BMU wire rope diameter 鋼絲線直徑 (mm)

  • 4.2 (ii) Electric Winch wire rope diameter 鋼絲線直徑 (mm)

  • 4.3 Apply grease wire rope 鋼絲線加添潤滑油(每年一次)

5. CONTROL PANEL 控制箱

  • 5.1 Check lamps 檢查燈泡

  • 5.2 Check wiring 檢查電線

  • 5.3 Inspect electrical components 檢查電器零件

  • 5.4 Check all functions 檢查所有功能

  • 5.5 Check control panel condition 檢查控制箱

6. TRACK 路軌

  • 6.1 Check fittings/hold down assemblies 檢查固定螺絲或焊位位置是否損壞

  • 6.2 Check condition of runway 檢查行走情況

  • 6.3 Check buffer (if applicable) 檢查路軌防撞膠

7. MULTI LAYER DRUM TYPE MACHINES 多排層纜筒

  • 7.1 Check wire rope is layering correctly and all guides are aligned properly 檢查鋼絲線是否排行及正常

  • 7.2 Check that electrical cable is layering properly (if applicable) 檢查電線排放正常

  • 7.3 Check hand brake has adequate lining and is free from grease or oil 檢查手泵打開液壓剎車是否清潔及操作正常

  • 7.4 Check primary brake lining and inspect it is free from grease or oil 檢查馬達剎車是否清潔及操作正常

  • 7.5 Check tension of all fixing bolts 檢查螺絲及收緊

  • 7.6 Torque check on slew ring (every 100 hrs operation or annual) 轉盤螺絲拉磅 (每操作100小時或每年一次)

  • Previous check date 上次檢查曰期

  • 7.7 Check cradle may be lowered manually using brake release handle(s) 檢查吊籠是否能使用手動下降

  • 7.8 Check hoist motor brake 檢查馬達剎車

  • 7.9 Check slip ring contacts, clean if necessary 檢查帶電鋼環接點, 如需清理

  • 7.10 Check and test all limit switches 檢查所有限位制

  • 7.11 Check hand wheel drive 檢查手動操作

  • 7.12 Pull back each cable layering pulley and check both bearings 拉後鋼絲線排行滑輪及檢查軸承

8. MACHINE BODY 機身

  • 8.1 Check and test all cam actuated limit switches 檢查限位制

  • 8.2 Check auxiliary control 檢查所有操作

  • 8.3 Check electrical wiring 檢查電線

  • 8.4 Check all grooved pulleys and rope guides檢查滑輪及鋼絲軸

  • 8.5 Check oil level (rotation gear motors) 檢查潤滑油 (變速箱)

  • 8.6 Check self reeling power cable drum and cable 檢查電線卷筒

  • 8.7 Check limit switch (self reeling drum) 檢查電線卷筒限位制

9. RESTRAINT SYSTEM

  • 9.1 Check lanyard pin condition 檢查鎖扣

  • 9.2 Check connection wire rope and D-ring 檢查連接鋼絲線及扣環

10. This part has to be joint inspected with Client/Property Management’s Representative 此部份須與業主/管業處代表一同檢查及簽名証明

  • 10.1 Check if the main power cable is disconnected and the unit is switched off. 檢查主電纜是否收好及主機關掉電源

  • 10.2 Check if the unit is put in parking position and cradle tidied down. 檢查主機是否放好, 吊籠是否固定

  • 10.3 Check main electrical Panel door closed and locked properly.檢查主電箱是否關好及鎖好

  • 10.4 Check cradle electrical Panel door closed and locked properly.檢查吊籠電箱是否關好及鎖好

  • 10.5 Check main unit maintenance door closed and locked properly. 檢查主機維修門是否關好及鎖好
