Filter cover intact with no cracks or other damage

Main housing or case of the motor/blower unit intact with no cracks, holes, or other damage.

Motor/blower unit under the filter clean and free of contaiminants

Display is clean, all LED segments lit & clearly visible during start-up. ON/OFF switch intact with no cuts, tears or holes.

Filter release button functioning smoothly and holding the filter/cartridge securely onto the motor/blower.

Filter cover sitting securely on the filter or filter/cartridge (if used for TR-600).

Outlet of the motor/blower (i.e. where the breathing tube attaches) free of damage, dirt, debris,<br>or other contamination which may interfere with proper attachment of the breathing tube.

Belt attachment slots (TR-300 and TR-300+) or T-bars (TR-600) on the back of the motor/blower are intact and undamaged.

Airflow check using the TR-970 (TR-300) or TR-971 (TR-300+ and TR-600) sucessful

Airflow alarm triggers when fully covering the airflow outlet

Filter cover is intact with no cracks or other damage.

Filter/cartridge intact with no cracks, tears or other damage. Closely inspect filter/cartridge plastic housing including the corners and latches, outer rectangular barrier, and inner circular filter seal gasket for cracks, tears, cuts, distortion, indentations or debris. If the filter or filter/cartridge has been mishandled or dropped, re-inspect fully.

Filter is dry and not heavily loaded with particulate or damaged.

High efficiency (HE) filter intact with no cracks, tears or other damage noted. HE is dry and not heavily loaded with particulate.

Gasket on HE filter is firmly attached, clean and intact. There are no indentations, tears, rips, or debris.

Pre-filter (if used) intact with no tears or cuts. Pre-filter is dry and not heavily loaded with particulate

Metal spark arrestor/pre-filter (if used) clean and intact with no damage

Battery pack has no cracks, holes or other damage. The plastic case is not discoloured, chalky, or soft.

Battery pack electrical contacts are clean and dry with no corrosion.

Battery pack hinge is intact with no damage or erosion.

Battery pack release button moves freely and functions properly.

After attaching the battery pack to the motor/blower and gently tugging on the battery pack it properly attaches, and the<br>battery pack is held firmly in place.

Belt buckle is free of breaks or cracks.

Belt leads are free of cuts and tears.

Power base and cradle has no cracks or other damage.

Power cord has no frayed wires or other damage.

Gold electrical contacts are clean, dry and free of debris.

After gently pushing on each of the gold contact pins they easily push down and quickly pop back up.

Charger tray is clean, dry and free of debris.
