Appearance of garbage area. Doors closed and clean. Lids closed, area swept and well maintained.

Lot and landscape free of garbage and excessive leaves.

All stalls clean, up to date and working in good repair. (All Pops screens working, menu housing wiped down, no cracked plastic, all speakers and mics working)

All mansards clean and in good repair.

All lights clean and in good repair. (Star Lights, DT lights, Wall signs (art), Monument signs)

Exterior walls, window frames and windows clean and in good repair

Restrooms clean and stocked (clean sink, toilets, walls and floors, designation signs present and in good repair, exterior doors clean).

Sidewalks clean (includes baseboards and floors in Cornelius).

All tables and concrete on patio clean (dining room in Cornelius).

Satellite garbage cans clean and not overflowing (no trash between interior can and green cover).

Appearance of store through Drive Thru (Windows and curb clean. Window clings not worn).

All promotional yard signs current, clean and straight. All banners current and straight.

Back patio/storage area clean. (Trash picked up, area organized, concrete clean, no random items stored outside of shed)

All window and door clings current and not worn. Employee Only signs present and in good repair.
