  • Has the stillage and all storage racks been swept under and free from debris?

Weekly Cleaning Checks

  • Are the remote coolers clean and have they been topped up with water?

  • Is the stillage clean and free from ale residue/build up?

  • Is the cellar cooling fan clean?

  • Is the mop bucket clean?

  • Is the hand wash station fully stocked?

  • Are keg couplers clean and in good condition?

  • Are dummy kegs clean and in good condition?

Compliance

  • Were all lines cleaned last week and have they been recorded on the tablet?

  • Is there enough line cleaner for the week?

  • Are all products labelled correctly (yellow labels for ales, orange labels for wines and cider)
