Any Signs of Oil leaks

Fan belt in good operational condition ( IC Models only)

Body Damage ( Extra Photos Needed)

Wheel nuts tight

Condition of tyres

Condition of hand rails (Ewp's). Condition of Seat and Seat Belt (Forklifts& Telehandlers)

Is Gate Self Closing Gate Operational (Ewp's) Door operational( Telehandler )

Check steering operational

Are all lights operational

Windscreen is damaged (Telehandlers and Forklifts)

Is Plant Compliance Plate Ledgable

Is Plants Log Book Present and Being Used

Is Motion Sensor Audible (Ewp's). Is Reverse beeper functional (Telehandler and Forklifts)

Are Stabilizer/Out Riggers Free of Damage, Cracking and Distortion

Check Tynes, Lift Chains and Boom for Damage, Cracking and Distortion
