Residential Floor Cleaning Schedule

  • Level 54 - Mopped.

  • Level 48, 49 and 50 - Vacuumed daily + Commercial Push Vacuumed 1x a week.

  • Level 31 to 53 - Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (1x commercial push vacuumed).

  • Level 10 to 30 - Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday (1x commercial push vacuumed).

Fortnightly

  • Mezz + Level 1 - Lift lobby internal and external glass cleaned fortnightly.

  • Level 9 - Hard floors scrubbed.

  • Level 9 & 55 Gym - Windows and mirrors cleaned.

Monthly

  • Stairwells - Swept and vacuumed.

Quarterly

  • LG - Fire Pump/Sprinkler/Water Pump Room (x2)/Comms Room

  • CP Level 2-8 - Carpark entrance door brushed and wipe cleaned.

Bi - Annually

  • Mezz + Level 1 - Visitor and resident bike parking pressure washed.

Annually

  • Level 1 - Switch room, 2x service rooms, and standby generator room vacuumed and mopped.

  • Stairwells - Pressure washed.
