Using your new colleague solely as CJL or Meet&Greet during the Ignite Programme will dramatically effect their £1 per hour performance and could lead to your new colleague leaving the business after the 12 weeks.

Ignite

  • Ignite is our 12 week On Boarding Programme. All new Customer Consultants joining the business are enrolled onto it and must pass Ignite to remain in the business after 12 weeks.

    To pass Ignite, each colleague must:

    1. Graduate from Academy
    2. Complete all Ignite ELearning playlists hosted on FUSE
    3. Pass each Ignite "End of Week Quiz" hosted on FUSE
    4. Achieve the minimum £ per hour target for their store banding
    5. Achieve an individual WCSS of at least 81%
    6. Consistently demonstrate the right attitude and behaviour as per the company handbook


    Each delegate enrolled on Ignite must complete all activity outlined within the Learning Journey.

  • Has the delegate received their Username and necessary passwords at Academy?

  • Has the delegate received their uniform at Academy?

  • Has the delegate received their name badge at Academy?

  • Has the delegate received Continue/Begin feedback on their Assisted Sale Customer Journey Accreditation?

  • Did the delegate get the opportunity to complete their Action Plan to be shared with their Branch Manager on their first day in store?
