• Spot check airport data e.g. TORA, LDA, Emergency Turn etc stored in K\VOL165\DATA\FLT ops\ADMIN\performance\Airport_Analysis\Active versus AIP(source doc)??.?

 • How can we inspect if a current Notam has been considered in performance calculation. What is its path from airport authority to FLT ops engineering department.

 • Have permanent AIP issued by national country been updated in airport database/source document.

 • Are revisions to database been incorporated correctly before their effective date?

 • Is AIP checklist on K drive up to date with country's AIP? K\VOL165\DATA\FLT ops\ADMIN\performance\Airport_Analysis\AIRAC\ AipChecklist

 • Have both RUNWAY details and OBSTACLE details been updated with NOTAM/AIP latest Revision.

 • Pick a destination airport. Does the AIP Checklist on the "K" drive take account of all revised pages when compared to AIP?

 • As Emergency Turns do not use a standard cone for performance calculations, was this taken account of when considering if obstacle changed r/w figures .

 • If airport has intersecting runways, were all departing runways considered when assessing the affect the obstacle would have?

 • flightops.net must not be used for obstacle calculations involving departures with Emergency turns? Were there any instances where this occurred?

 • Was ops supports informed of the results of the Notam analysis by email? Reasons for decision should be given.

 • Was the NOTAM start-end time inputted accurately into 'Master Airport'?

 • Have these NOTAM changes transferred into ALPS from 'Master Airports'????

 • Have all NOTAMs that have been added to the database appear in ALPS?

 • In cases where NOTAM announced two changes, ensure the shortening of runway is applied before obstacle?

 • Has measuring of obstacle been performed correctly? As per manual?

 • Is each " marked up" type a chart same as current chart?
Was scale used to measure correct
Have ALL Relevant obstacles been measured?
Have all obstacle details been transcribed correctly?

 • Pick random airport:
Is current AIP airport data same as that stored in excel file?
The 'marked up' Type A chart:
-was the scale used correct
-have relevant obstacles been measured
- have all obstacle details been transcribed correctly to the Excel file

• Is the fuel burn data obtained from 'cruise report' processed bi-monthly?

 • Once new cruise fuel burn has been calculated, is this information emailed to ops support?

 • For CAT III missed approach climb gradient, are gradients calculated by FLT ops engineering published on tailored LIDO plate?

 • Calculated CAT III MAP climb gradients: Are they equal to or greater than the CAT III approach for same runway?

 • Escape Routes: Do ops support add extra fuel requirement to FPL, in the event, God forbid, aircraft must use escape route?

 • Have instance occurred where FOE have not been aware of aircraft weighing, and therefore did not carry out appropriate checklist. 9.5

 • Was a weighing comparison completed between 'weighing checklist' and 'weighing report' to details are same
- reg
-date, may be difference of one day due overnight weighing.
-pitch attitude
- a/c type
-Calibration due date
- all calculations
- are all pages signed and stamped
- all sections complete
• Significant Added/subtracted items taken account of on weighing checklists . E.g +undrained fuel, catering equipment. - unusable fuel, ships library.

 • Was APS(aircraft prepared for service) checked by a second person?

 • Is correct (type specific) load and trim sheet contained in diversion envelope?

 • If applicable, was newly developed Load and Trim sheet independently checked by a second person?

 • Where an EFB failed to sync, was this investigated using steps in FOEPM 10.4?

 • Preparation of an EFB for aircraft-were procedures followed APP 4.2?
