  • Bulk heads correct (level & correct height) check kitchen

  • External patio framed out correctly if required

  • External doors fixed and windows installed correctly, check measurements for brickwork internal/ external corners

  • Entry Door locks installed

  • Check rebate for garage door and door width 2100x4800 inside of jambs

  • Notify carpenter

  • Does bin need change over

  • Silt barrier in good condition

  • Notify sediment control for rectification if required

  • Is external cladding / brickwork completed

  • Contact relevant contractor with completion dates (update ihub finish date and leave notes)

  • Temp down pipes or down pipes connected

  • HAS ALL FRAME INSPECTION ITEMS BEEN COMPLETED WITH MULTIPLE SUITABLE PHOTOS FOR CERTIFIER

  • Is there clear safe access for plasterboard delivery? And garage free from materials

  • Notify relevant trades for RTS and place rubbish in bin
