Has Air Cannon been fitted with a Non-Return Valve on Supply Line.

Check Diffusers are clear and clean

Check Valve Sealing Joints, Air Connections, Gauge and Pressure Relief Valve for leaks

Check Safety Chain is connected and in serviceable condition.

Check Manual Operation of Exhaust Valve, IF SAFE TO DO SO!

Check Regulator Pressure. PSI/KPA

Lubricator Has Oil

Check Filter for Water and has been drained.
Safety Check for Internal Inspections.

Air Cannon has had Air Isolated and Drained.

Is Team Locked on and Have required Permits.

Has Exhaust Valve Manual Leaver Been Operated to Ensure Vessel Contains No Pressure.
Remove Valve Assembly.

Air Lines Disconnected.

Remove 8 x 5/8 Bolts from Valve.

Remove Valve Assembly.
Internal Vessel Inspection

Check for Moisture in Vessel.
-
Check Paint Coating intact.
-
Check for Visible Cracks.
-
Check for Corrosion.
-
Corrosion-Light, Medium, Heavy.
-
Check Internal of Pipe and Transition Pipe/Nozzle.
-
Is Vessel Fit for Service
Valve Assembly Inspection.
-
Orings, Seals Condition.
-
Basket, Piston and Spring Condition.
-
Has Air Cannon Valve Been Serviced and Rebuilt.
-
Has Exhaust Valve 1/4 Bolt Inlet Bolt been torqued to 12ft-lb
-
Have 1/4 Exhaust Valve Cap Bolts x 6 been Torqued to 12ft-lb
-
Have 1/4 Cap/Basket Bolts x 7 Been Torqued to 12ft-lb
-
Have 5/8-11NCx1-1/4 Been Torqued to 160ft-lb
-
Is Valve Fit For return to Service.
