ACTIONS

  • Confirm no of hours from 13 week hours target and determine staff numbers: 75% PT 25% FT

  • 30% of team to transfer from existing pubs. All those transferring muyst be able to attend every day of the new opening training. Agreed number of transfers from surrounding pubs.

Your team should comprise of 1 experienced member of staff per 3 new starters

Your pre-opening trainers will remain on site for 1 week post opening to give the team further support. If additional post opening support is likely to be required discuss this with your AM

  • Agree Blitz Team (at least 16 staff and managers including 4 managers/ Team Leaders)

  • Agree Buddy pub for POS training materials and address stamp

  • Review competitor calls price watch and commentary on the town. Agree which price band tariff you wish to put the pub on and confirm which menu pricing the pub should be cloned on. Return to Joanne Mantle for GM Agenda

  • Is additional POS required i.e. banners and correx boards or signage

  • Agree target areas for customer recruitment for the live training sessions

  • Do we need promotion or advertising in the local press
