Set up

  • An ABC and/or 2A Fire Extinguishers placed every 35 feet of travel?

  • A 2 1/2 gallon pressurized water extinguisher or charged water line that can access all areas fireworks are sold?

  • All fire extinguishers have valid inspection tags?

Signage

  • 1. FIREWORKS NO SMOKING signs, not less than 4" lettering/ contrasting background?, at each entrance to retail sales area. 2. FIREWORKS NO SMOKING signs, not less than 2"/ contrasting background? lettering, at each entrance or within 10' of each aisle in retail area.

  • "NO DISCHARGING FIREWORKS WITHIN 200 FEET " signs on all exterior sides of the tent with 4 inch letters / contrasting background?
