  • The scope of this Safety Observation is to monitor the health and safety of labour hire workers while on placement, ensuring they are continually provided with a safe work environment and workplace. Our company conducts this in consultation with labour hire workers and the client (host). This involves engaging in discussions and observations to understand the work environment and culture, identifying any health and safety concerns, documenting potential hazards and non-compliance issues in clear, specific terms, and promptly reporting observations to facilitate timely corrective actions in consultation, cooperation and coordination with the client (host).
