SPECIFICATION

  • Patrol all external areas and litter pick all hard standing and landscaped gardens to remove all debris and seasonal fall.

  • Cut all grass during normal growing season, strip all edges, sweep/air blow all paths and walkways to remove clippings and remove all grass cutting for composting.

  • Where necessary make remedial repairs to bald patches and re seed where appropriate.

  • Spray necessary herbicide on all walkways and paths to prevent the build up of weeds.

  • Spraying of herbicide to clear weeds on the car park and gravel areas to be carried out as necessary.

  • Moss control on grass areas to take place on approval from client as required at an additional cost.

  • Shrubs to be pruned at appropriate seasonal intervals to ensure optimum lifespan and smart appearance.

  • Clip all hedgerows as necessary to re-align shape and maintain at manageable levels.

  • Boarders to be kept free from weeds and maintained accordingly on each visit.

  • Remove all dead plants post season and prepare soil for bulb replacement and fresh planting.

  • Tree surgery is to take place once a year on approval from client at an additional cost.

  • All external signage to be washed and all algae removed.

  • Salt bins to be washed and external areas kept free from weed build up. Report salt replenishment to client during winter months.

  • Report any health and safety issues to client and supply supporting photographs were possible.

  • Report any defective lighting to client.

  • Report and vandalism to client and where possible provide supporting photographs.

  • Report any anti-social use/behaviour (I.E. Drug taking or discarded needles) to client and where possible provide supporting photographs.
