Staff allocation

Are the staff numbers 15 or below? Please detail reasons for additional staff ( cleanup on etc)

Staff punctuality and absenteeism

Did all staff arrive on time?

Have all staff left the depot on time? Detail reasons for delay other than breakdown

Have all rostered staff attended work? Detail names of absentees, and if ir 's have been raised,

Are all shifts expected to be completed on time? If not detail reasons why ( aside from breakdowns)

Staff incidents,queries issues,

Have all run issues raised by crews( if any). Been attended to?

Missed services infirmed services and hot spots

Have all infirmed services been allocated and explained to drivers where required?

Have all staff been advised of requirements with reference to missed service collections?

Have all missed collections from the previous day been attended to as per specs?

Have all reported issues by the crews been reported to council from the previous day?

Pre run supervisors check

Are all staff fully compliant with company uniform and PPE

Any random checks done with crews to ensure per run vehicle inspections are done?

We're incident reports raised for non compliance of the above?

Staff performance or concerns

Are all staff members suitable for the allocated role? If not detail concerns

Bin deliveries, Bin stock

Have the bin deliveries crew commenced on time with correct labels, equipment and adequate stock on board?

Have the bin delivery crew been allocated sufficient staff to complete the work?

Has the bin delivery stock take been conducted this week ( Monday) and are stock levels within allocated numbers?

Daily reporting

Have the DCS been signed and sent to head office by ten am?

Have all council reports been sent as per deadline 10. 00 am?

Depot inspections

Has the depot been maintained as per required standards? Attached photos please

Are all oils and fluids clearly marked, bunded and adequate stock levels available?

Are all staff parking off site?

Are all PPE stock, including vests, gloves,med kits sanitary kits at required levels, ?
Please indicate what stock is to be ordered if no.

Are all amenities clean, today and well maintained?

Can the depot be secured at the end of shift?
If no please detail why?

Have the daily inspections been completed by yard person?

Are the weekly depot inspections carried out?
