Inspect before entering shop

  • Ensure all paper work and direction are explained prior to starting the task

Engine compartment

  • Check condition of motor mounts, rubbers, mounting to engine, torque on bolt

  • Check air cleaner housing, piping and intake clamps

  • Inspect exhaust manifold and piping

  • Inspect scrubber/purifier, ensure proper mounting and ports are there for testing

  • Record purifier/scrubber data

  • Inspect starter, mounting, wiring

  • Test starter draw (ensure batteries are fully charges) record data

  • Inspect fan, fan hub and belts, condition and adjustments
