System and Pack Control Switches and Controllers, Controls.

Using a calibrated gauge, check suction and discharge pressure transducers are reading correctly, Calibrate or replace as required.

Check that electrical panel door isolator/interlock is functional and repair if necessary.
Check and replace missing panel keys
Check for signs of overheating or arcing on all internal panel components. Repair/replace components as required
Ensure panel fans are operational and clean internal panel filter

Where fitted, check the operation of the defrost heaters. Repair/replace as required
Check that the control set points match the manufacturer's instructions. Correct as necessary
Check all joints between cabinets where multiplexed and check all end walls are sealed to the cabinet. Repair as required
Check all drain pumps for leaks or blockages inside and underneath the cabinet. Repair/replace as required
Ensure all earth bonding and straps are in place and secure. Repair as required
Ensure that all fixtures are visible and available on the store and remote networks
Condition of electrical control box and components, including all cable management, conduit, trunking and tray work. Repair as required, terminations to be tightened with an appropriate torque tool
Check correct operation off Doors Swing/Hinged, ensure integrity of hinges, hinge plates, retainers/fixings and handles, slow-close mechanism and frames conform to manufacturers specification. Repair or adjust as required
Check correct operation off Door Sliding, ensure integrity of tracks retainers/fixings, rollers, air-strings, slow-close mechanism and frames conform to manufacturers' specification. Repair or adjust as required

Where fitted, check the operation of the drain pan defrost heaters. Replace if required
Where fitted, check the operation of the defrost heaters. Replace if required
Electrical System Integrity Checks, Ensure all earth bondings and straps are in place and secure. Repair as required
Ensure that all fixtures are visible and available on the store and remote networks.
Condition of electrical control box and components, including all cable management, conduit, trunkings and tray work. Repair as required
Check that the control set points match the manufacturer's instructions. Correct as required
Check Fabric, walls and ceiling panels for signs of delamination. Report any defects to the Customer
Check walls and ceiling panels and floors or any signs of wear or damage. Report any defects to the Customer
Check the evaporator fins for any signs of damage or deformation of the distributor, ensure inspection end plate is correctly fitted and replace if missing
Ensure that all entrapment and Asphyxiant protection alarms are functional. Repair/replace any defective items

Indoor unit Air Filter - Check, clean or replace as and when required
Condensate Tray - Check pipe connections, mountings. Tighten as necessary
Check the condensate away system for blockage and dirt. Clean as necessary
Check pump activation Switch condensate tray. Replace if necessary
Indoor unit Heat exchanger and refrigeration connections, Check for contamination. Clean as necessary (disinfect as required). Check defrost in cooling mode operates correctly, repair a necessary
Check operation in all modes, investigate and fix any faults. Replace as necessary
Outdoor Unit Compressor Running Noise. Check for Abnormal Noise. Repair/Replace as necessary
Outdoor/Indoor unit Fan & Motor. Running Noise, check for abnormal noise. Clean Fan. Replace Motor as required
Outdoor Unit heat exchanger and refrigeration connections. Check operation, investigate and fix any faults system. Check defrost activation in heating mode and repair as required
Outdoor Unit - check for oil quality/contamination. Clean or replace as necessary
Lubricate with suitable lubricant all panel locks and hinges
Check tightness of Electrical terminals. Tighten as necessary. Check correct operation of all switches and interlocks. Repair/replace as required
Outdoor/Indoor Unit - Measure Winding Resistance/Insulation integrity of fans/compressors
Measure and record the operating currents of all components
