Hazard and Risk Management

  • Is the net clear of any debris

  • Are there any visible damage to the safety net system e.g. cuts or fraying of the mesh cord or tie ropes

  • Are all gaps between net and structure less than 100mm

  • Are anchor points intact and in good order

  • Are nets attached to the structure / anchor points correctly

  • Has the net been used to arrest a fall or had a load imposed on it. If yes, restrict use immediately.

  • Closed Out (agreed actions have been completed and this situation is now satisfactory)
