  • Check the store room, is it tidy and ready for the day?

  • Check in on the team and ensure everyone is present and has started setting up

  • Any Maintenance or OHS issues to report?

  • What have you done to ensure it's safe for others? (Eg. Let DM know, isolated area etc.)

  • Any staffing excellence or outstanding performance?

  • Please detail

  • Any staffing issues or concerns?

  • Please detail

  • Any complaints?

  • How would you rate the level of concern of complainant?

  • So you've filled out an incident report and obtained witness statements?

  • Please write one up, it's very important. Tick once complete:

  • Please detail name of parent, name of child, contact details and issue raised

  • Patron feedback?

  • Please detail

  • Any day to day observations/suggestions?

  • Please detail

  • Is everything packed away and is the store room tiday?
