  • Does the site have summary licence positioned near the front of the venue in clear view and correct DPS?

  • Is the Pavement licence positioned near entrance and clearly visible? (If applicable)

  • Are there signs positioned at the front of the venue in relation to "please keep the noise to a minimum/respect the neighbours"?

  • IS there a bar tariff available and positioned at the end of each bar as per licence conditions?

  • Are there signs in relation to "Challenge 25" located at the entrance or next to the bar?

  • Does the MOD on duty know the 4 basic licence conditions?

  • Is their a licence and EHO folder available and correctly updated?

  • Is there a DPS list available and signed by staff (Should be updated monthly with new staff members)?

  • Is the full licence stored in office and available to view including site layout with agreed areas to serve alcohol?

  • Does the site have a clear and detailed CCTV positioning layout for site?

  • Does the CCTV record for the agreed days as per the licence condition?

  • Does the site have signage for First Aiders at site?

  • Does the Site have signage for Fire Evacuation points at site?

  • FLOW Training up to date for all staff working at site?

  • All fire exits clear and closed?

  • Does the MOD understand what to do on visit with forms and ask to complete one as if you were a police licence visit?

  • Are all Managers FFB's completed and spot check 5 points?

  • Check security book and look to see if capacity control, incidents and door supervisors have correctly signed in for shift? (if none on the day check last entry)
