Checked Packs and Condensers for Refrigerant/Oil leaks?

Checked Condensers are clean and clear?

Are any valve caps missing? (Includes Schraeder/Zero Caps)

Are Refrigerant and Oil Levels satisfactory? (Check low level alarms)

Are all electrical panels securely closed?

Are all compressors/compressor fans/condenser fans operational?

Are all air probes in manufacturers recommended location? ( Visual check )

Are all integral condensers clean and clear?

Are all AC evaporator filters clean?

Are there any cabinet water leaks?

Are there any cabinets that have been demerchandised for greater than 24 hours?

Are there any operational fabric issues? ( Dividers missing / broken, Weir Glass missing etc. )

Are there any water leaks or ice build ups?

Are all fans operational?

Are all electrical panels securely closed?

Are the door / threshold heaters all operational?

Are there any operational fabric issues?

Are all integral condensers / evaporators clean and clear?

Are Ice Machine water filters in date?

Are all door seals / hinges in good condition?

Are all PRV's in date and tagged? ( Under 5 years )

Is the static Leak detection system operational?
