Positive Observations: Good job brief discussion by the full group including police officers Sign placement was good Drop zone established with cone bars and people routed around Insulate and isolate was good

At-Risk behaviors: No behaviors of any concern.

Area's for improvements: Don't store materials with insulated sticks. Bo brought PVC pipe for ground rods. Don't use plastic fuel jugs We could do better on truck till storage.
