    Examples of high risk tasks which might result in injury or death:
    • Entering a confined space and/or tunnel
    • Entering a trench and/or carrying out excavation
    • Exposure to powered mobile plant and equipment
    • Structural alterations that require temporary support to prevent collapse eg formwork/scaffolding/platform
    • Using explosives
    • Using or being exposed to hazardous chemicals
    • Work where you could fall from, through or into from one level to another (unprotected)
    • Working around asbestos or hazardous materials
    • Work involving tilt-up or pre-cast concrete construction
    • Working in/over/or adjacent to water
    • Working on or adjacent to a road or railway
    • Working on or near a chemical, fuel or refrigerant line or pressurised fluid, gases or air lines/vessels
    • Working near an exposed energised electrical installation or overhead/underground services
    • Working in an area that may have a contaminated or flammable atmosphere
    • Working in an area where there are artificial/natural extremes of temperature or climate
    • Working within the vicinity of protected environmental areas
