Are any food/drinks/disposables (includes anything that would be considered 'clean' and not washed prior to use e.g. Blue roll, disposable cups, etc.) products stored beyond the restaurant/kitchen area? If yes, what products and where?
If yes, is the area under pest management, i.e. reviewed by pest control as part of their standard visits, has bait boxes in place, brush strips on the bottom of doors where a space is otherwise enclosed? If not, note the action taken.
