Floor and traffic routes (check Stores Yard, DSBLK Stores & T&E, inc the shared area downstairs)

  • Any damage to the cabinet door shelves or lock

First Aid

  • Is there sufficient First aid stations located in your department

  • Are the stations clearly visible and easy to locate
