Both wells clean & sanitised, under ledge wiped down, printer wiped down. (wells must be dry)

Bellini machine turned off, wiped down, grate run through dish & sangria put in fridge.

All glassware up & matts run through dishwasher.

All stainless steal & surfaces wiped down.

Sink grates run through dish, all drains foamed and covered with 2oz shot glasses. (beer tower, both wells & sinks)

Dishwasher turned off & grate cleaned.

Bar swept, garbage taken to dumpster & new bags set up in cans for AM.
