Keg Cooler

  • Empty kegs and cardboard removed.

  • Organised & light turned off

  • All in use store n pour spouts washed, then stored in keg cooler.

  • All bar supplies stored in large insert with lid. (well 2)

  • Syrups filled and remaining lime juice tossed and recorded.

  • Bellini machine spouts, rimmers, pop gun hose, pop gun holder saran wrapped & pop gun pieces soaked in soda overnight.

  • Black spout caps on all liquor bottles. (or saran wrap)

  • Both wells clean & sanitised, under ledge wiped down, printer wiped down. (wells must be dry)

  • Bellini machine turned off, wiped down, grate run through dish & sangria put in fridge.

  • All glassware up & matts run through dishwasher.

  • All stainless steal & surfaces wiped down.

  • Sink grates run through dish, all drains foamed and covered with 2oz shot glasses. (beer tower, both wells & sinks)

  • Dishwasher turned off & grate cleaned.

  • Bar swept, garbage taken to dumpster & new bags set up in cans for AM.
