Plumbing

Faucets - Check interior and exterior faucets for leaks. Clean aerators. Replace washers if necessary.

Drains - Clean with baking soda. Pour hot water down unused drains. If drain foaming is included with Pest Control service, please consult provider with cleaning instructions.

Pipes - Inspect visible pipes for leaks

Toilets - Check for stability and leaks check toilet tank mechanicals are in good condition.<br>

Grease Trap - Cleaned and sanitized quarterly, inspect lid & gaskets for rust or leaks

Water Heater - Check area around water heater for leaks. If you have hard water, drain 1-2 gallons water quarterly
Interior

Interior Doors - Lubricate hinges. Check weather stripping is intact.

Window and door tracks - Check to see if weep holes are open. Clean out dirt and dust. Lubricate rollers and latches

Ceramic tile - Check and clean grout
Electrical and Appliances

Heating and cooling systems - Clean and replace filters if necessary. Enroll on maintenance program. Check air inlet and registers are dust free.

Kitchen exhaust fan - Remove and clean the filter. Clean accumulated grease deposits from the fan housing
Cooling Units

Reach In Fridge Units - Door gaskets. Keep clean and pliable. Replace when worn.

Hinges and door closers - Check regularly for proper opening/closing

Condenser and fan - Keep clean and free of dust and grease so they can do a more effective job of transferring heat. Ensure blower fan grill is dust free.
