Audit-Bottle Rinser's

SCOPE:To prove that the Rinsers are expelling foreign bodies from bottles as part of Process Validation.
PROCEDURE: Take the same amount of empty bottles that are being filled at the time as there are Rinser Heads. Mark each bottle with a white paint pen. Place a piece of glass in each bottle and piece of plastic. These can be obtained from the Quality Lead. Run all bottles through rinser noting witch head receives the first bottle and confirm all objects were expelled. Remove all objects from Rinser before resuming production.
NOTE: If test cannot be performed on all Rinsers for any reason on the scheduled test day, then another test for the untested Rinser MUST be re-scheduled and completed in the same quarter. -
CORRECTIVE ACTION: If rinsing fails to remove all foreign objects, stop the Line. Contact Maintenance and others as required to assess and correct any issues.
