Client Communication

  • Project Manager - Communicate with Stephen Abbiati that the exisiting reflective film on the glass is causing glare. Discuss a new film choice with a crystal clear none glare film.

Window Feature

Audio

General Cafe Audio

  • Site Team - Add Entrance subwoofer to the system with proper control. Level and set in location that not be moved often.

  • Site Team - Complete Basement audio system install, tuning and proper aiming.

  • Site Team - Find a way to mount two additional speakers in the lobby. Current design creates holes.

  • Site Team - Ensure that all sub grilles are installed and do not vibrate. They should be sealed and the subs themselves need to be raised and isolated from creating vibration.

  • Site Team - Adjust entire cafe speakers to proper aim as required to be perfect during tuning. (example: two speakers in entrance are not equally aimed).

  • Site Team - SMAART Voice the system completely. Remember to set all control settings so that 80% equals 80db in the space.

  • Site Team - Label all changes properly and redline drawings

Live Music/DJ System

  • Project Team - Replace the rolling case.

  • Project Team - Provide proper DJ table that telescopes with proper table skirt.

  • Site Team - Set up the DJ system and make sure nothing is missing. The Serato Itch system has some music in it for base testing and the GM knows what has to happen to assure music is filled in the library. Confirm all with John Miceli.

  • Site Team - Complete the install and proper aim of the main system speakers (main front firing, main down firing, main side fills), voice, balance and tune these to sound perfect and locked away in the drive rack never to be touched. Add proper limiting to system as required.

  • Site Team - Complete the rewiring of DJ stage inputs through system to drive rack, test, tune, and add proper limiting protection to DSP. Test from the stage with new skirted table, test the control and set the bass boost control to be active for "ONLY" the DJ system, no when in live mode (bass boost must be inactive during live mode.

  • Site Team - Clean out under the stage to allow for proper storage of monitors.

Audio Photos

  • Site Team - Take photos of all equipment at every angle. This includes but is not limited to the speakers, mounting methods, terminations, and aim.

Training

  • Site Team - Is the client trained for proper use, functions, service and flexibility for the restaurant BGM system?

  • Site Team - Is the client trained for proper use, functions, and service for the cafe live audio system?

Programming

  • Programmer - Ensure all previous programming notes are completed per previous email punch list including but not limited to inclusion of live audio screen, DJ controls with bass boost, window feature routing and page location, naming on video router, default HD video for window feature, VGA/Camera input for window feature, etc.

  • Programmer - Clean up screens and code to assure everything is working perfectly before signing off. Send final screen designs to John Miceli and Kristin Hill for review and sign off.

  • Site Team - Confirm that all control programming is completely programmed, connected properly and functioning completely.

  • Site Team - Confirm that the control system and DSP for the live system is properly programmed and includes a choice of cross over subs and discrete subs.

  • Site Team - Complete control programming, connections, and testing for proper remote control and default settings assurance.

  • Site Team - Confirm that all video control is complete, tested, and verified to be properly functioning the all control interfaces.

Racks and Rack Room

  • Site Team - Clean and organize rack room and other storage space.

  • Site Team - Clean up all wiring within the racks.

  • Project Team - Source UPS for the Window Feature.

  • Site Team - Mount and terminate a UPS unit for the window feature.

  • Site Team - Label all changes and redline drawings.

Rack Photos

  • Site Team - Take photos of all equipment at every angle. This includes but is not limited to all hardware, mounting methods, terminations, etc.

Misc.

  • Site Team - Send full equipment list of leftover/unused gear to Kristin Hill.

  • Site Team - Please document all serial numbers for all monitors and head end gear and email to Kristin Hill.
