  • CHECK ALL ITEMS BEFORE USING THE CART. ALL FAULTS MUST BE REPORTED TO THE TEAM LEADER

  • Is Remote free of damage?

  • Key locks on front and rear of the cart free of charge?

  • Bolts on the wheels of the cart are secure

  • Grips sheets underneath the cart have plenty of tread?

  • Rubber collision stops on the front and rear of the cart are free of damage?

  • Upward facing sensors clean and free of dust? <br>Brush the top and sides of the cart to remove all dust, dirt & pieces of pallet board

  • Turn the cart on > check battery level<br>If battery level is below 40% at the start of a shift, it is advised that the battery be changed

  • Push the safety collision bar in to ensure it is working correctly. LEDs should turn red.

  • Place cart onto a racking rail > Run cart in manual mode;<br>Does the cart run in and out of the rail?<br>Does the lifting mechanism work?

  • T-bar remains in working condition?
