Are all risk assessments in place?

Are all COSHH assessments in place and displayed in appropriate places?

Are H&S staff comfortable with Risk & COSHH assessments?

Is there a good understanding of policies and procedures throughout nursery staff?

Is the fire evacuation route clearly displayed?

If the fire zone plan on display next to the fire alarm panel?

Are co2 monitors in place where required? (Kitchen & boiler room if gas is present)

Are specific manual handling assessments in place? (Carrying Children, Moving deliveries and expectant mothers)

Has the ready to respond document been placed on the Y drive? (This can be emailed to Lucy Gemmell if there is no access to the Y drive)

Medication and Accident forms signed and dated correctly?
