Before Council is able to issue the Building Information Certificate, the following minor works are to be carried out:

To enable a proper determination of the application, Council is requesting the following information to be provided as per Clause 6.26(2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021. Please provide:

Council has determined to refuse the Building Information Certificate Application under Clause 6.26(4) for the following reasons. • deficiencies in the submitted material • non-compliances with the BCA • inconsistencies with the approved building design • inconsistencies with the approved use • health, safety or environmental issues • Council is likely to issue and Order in relation to the building However, if the following work is carried out, it is likely that a Building Information Certificate may be issued subject to a subsequent Building Information Certificate application being lodged.
