Reception

  • Check the bookings diary for all change overs and ensure all are completed on time.

  • Ensure Air con units are turned off

Car park

  • Ensure adequate lighting is available within the car park areas. Note any defects.

Poolside

  • Ensure that the pool lifeguard checks have been completed.

  • Check monthly pool attendant checks are being completed.

  • Ensure that the sauna facility is switched off.

  • Regularly monitor staff working practices

Fitness suite

  • Ensure that the gym supervisors check sheets have been completed.

  • Ensure monthly cleaning check sheets have been completed

  • Ensure monthly maintenance check sheets have been completed

  • Ensure monthly studio check sheet has been completed

  • Ensure all equipment is turned off
