As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in our culinary offerings, we are excited to announce the implementation of a new initiative - the Food/Drinks Recipe Execution & Validation.
This initiative aims to ensure that our culinary creations consistently meet the expectations of our valued customers. To achieve this, we will be validating the execution of our food/drink recipes during quarterly audits conducted by our Front & Back Managers.
Mechanics of the Food/Drink Recipe Validation:
1. Selection of Recipes:
Our culinary experts, in collaboration with customer feedback and market trends, will select the food and drink recipes
2. Audit Teams:
Dedicated audit teams, comprised of Front & Back Managers. will be assigned to assess the execution of the selected recipes.
3. Audit Schedule:
Audits will be conducted on a during 3oclock Training Habit to ensure a comprehensive and unbiased evaluation of our culinary operations.
4. Execution Criteria:
Managers will follow a detailed checklist outlining specific criteria for each recipe, covering aspects such as taste, presentation, adherence to recipe standards, and knowledge check.
5. Feedback and Improvement Plans:
Following each audit, constructive feedback will be provided to the culinary teams. Any areas requiring improvement will be identified, and action plans will be developed to enhance the execution of the recipes.
