Alpine Room Operator Checklist
-
Turn on Lights at Alley Entrance/Exit Door

Turn on Bagger, Gallon Debagger and Half Gallon Debagger

Check film roll on Bagger, clean cut off wire with pad, clear any bottles that are jammed and check to make sure film is ready before starting to bag Bottles

Empty trash in room if full, and sweep any floor debris up before we begin making bottles

Check Regrind bins and Scrap bags to make sure anything full is emptied before starting

Check your lines, how many gallons and half gallons are on/in the conveyor/alpine?

Check Alpine catwalks for bottles and debris and remove/clean before starting to make bottles

Unload full carts of bagged product on floor or in trailer, based on requirements or lead's direction

Monitor gallon and half gallon lines and debag as needed or at lead's direction
-
Monitor radio, intercom and display screens for "Doghouse" to check for jams in alpine, engine room or doghouse overpass

At end of Shift or Week, regrind bottles, bag up full bags of scrap bottles, turn off both debaggers and shut off lights. Bagger can stay powered on, but clear any alarms or jams before leaving
