Normal Shut Down Procedure for Each Machine & Blow Mold Room

Shut off Hydraulics First and Leave Heats On

Shut off External Circuit (shuts off Power to Trimmer blowers and shuts off Cooling Bed/Trimmer

If you will not use machine again during shift, shut off Air Line to Trimmer

If you will not use machine again during shift, shut off Heats (make sure you don't need to run this line)

Make sure Top of Molds are Clean, Z Step and Catwalk has all tools removed and is clean, and all Guards are in proper place

Make sure Cooling Bed is clear of bottles and debris stuck to flight bars and Trimmer is clear of all bottles and trim
-
Grinding Room Shutdown: Shut off Grinder, Shut off Blower, Shut off Vacuum Pump (if not auto), and Shut off Blender

Shut off Blow Mold Chiller, Material System and Conveyor Lines if done for the shift or weekend
