Dining Room

• Walk thru your section & ensure proper place settings, aligned tables, polished cutlery, clean floors, tables & chairs

• Ensure all taster caddies are polished, logo is facing out & the POP is in good condition and in appropriate order

• Wipe all ledges in dining room, cocktail & washroom corridor

• Ensure all benches are clear of debris & wiped clean

• Set up water glasses & water jugs at bar service station

• Set up coffee station

• Check & ensure stock of cutlery, roll ups & napkins

• Dust ceiling lights, fixtures & pictures

• Wipe down all surfaces including service stations

• Windex all windows & mirrors

• Ensure mis en place is stocked

• Roll ups are neat all facing left over right

• Plates are clean

• Server trays are all clean and stacked on the bar server station

• Dust cocktail server station ie. ceiling, vents & lights

• Triangle folds for roll-ups

• Cutlery is polished and ready for the day

• Roll-ups

• Chalkboard is clean & set for each day

• Coffee is made fresh

Dining Room PM

• All of the above duties

• Set up candles on all tables

Patio

• Sweep the whole patio

• Set up patio tables with roll ups. Ensure all tables & chairs are clean of dust and dirt

• Wipe walls and black ledges

• Set up service station and stock with glasses, roll ups, water, ashtrays, garbage bins & menus

• Set up mis en place & linens

• Set up umbrellas

• Water plants

• Tv & music on
