    Manual Handling - things to look out for:
    Remember - Manual handling is one ol the main drivers of iniury in the RSP business, In FY09 exactly half of our employee LTIs (10) were due to cylinder manual handling.
    - Use of manual handling aids where available (G—Force, trolleys etc)
    - Use of good manual handling technique as per training
    - single cylinder trundling only

    Routine operations - things to look out for:
    - Procedural compliance
    - Equipment pre-use checks /condition monitoring (inc. fill connector o—rings)
    - Cylinder pre-fill inspection process
    - Hazardous area controls (clearly marked, rules being observed)
    - PPE compliance

    Non-Routine Operations - things to look out for:
    - Contractor issues (approved contractor, contractor inductions complete)
    - PTW displayed on the job, understood by work team and conditions observed
    - Due regard to surrounding activities and others who may be impacted by the work
    - Due regard lor Golden Rules of Safety
    - Pre-approval of any engineering changes (EMOC)

    Traffic Management - things to look out for:
    - Vehicle routing and speed
    - Sale loading operations (driver out at cab during FLT loading)
    - Pedestrians segregated from traffic
    - FLT operations (seatbelts worn, use of horn, safe driving techniques)

    Site General - things to look out for:
    - Emergency arrangements (plan, signage, equipment, assembly areas)
    - Maintenance of plant, equipment and site infrastructure
    - Security & Housekeeping (inc. cylinders restrained)
