  • Dose burner chamber rain damper close automatically when turned off?

  • Are burner coils on a routine de-scaling schedule?

  • Are all whip checks and safety pins in place on boiler hoses and airlines?

  • Have all boiler hoses and airlines been inspected and in good condition?

  • Are all gauges and valves in good condition and working properly?

  • Is the boiler full of fuel and all fluid levels checked on generator/air compressor?

  • Have you inspected/tested all safety switches, low-water cutoff, pop-off valve, high pressure safety switch etc.?

  • Is the burner outlet clear of utility wires/ trees overhead

  • Is there any leaks from loose fittings
